Research
Practical Experience
Since my undergraduate studies, I have been self-taught in Python as well as in the fields of art and design (UI design, UX design, and web design), and have worked on CG production and game development using Unity and Unreal Engine. In particular, in addition to development experience with Unity3D, I have been involved in UX research, UX design, and product management (PdM), engaging consistently from planning through design, implementation, and verification. I also have experience in developing VR games and producing multimedia works that integrate animation, live action, and CG, and I am capable of applying these skills to business support with flexibility.
At the graduate level, I worked with R and STATA on simulations and empirical analysis of economic data. In addition, through a remote internship at a financial ICT company, I contributed to the development of financial quantitative models using Python-based machine learning techniques. I have also actively participated in Kaggle data analysis competitions, where I honed practical data science skills through statistical analysis, modeling, and efforts to improve predictive accuracy using real-world data.

Coursework and Independent Study
I have placed particular emphasis on the theory and application of mathematical models in economics and management. At the Graduate School of Economics, Osaka University of Economics, I specialized in macroeconomics, econometrics, DSGE models, time-series analysis, optimal control theory, and financial economics, while systematically acquiring quantitative analytical methods in microeconomics, game theory, and mathematical economics.
At Changchun University of Science and Technology, I studied business strategy, human resource management, accounting, management information systems, operations research, management science, financial engineering, and statistics, through which I learned quantitative decision-making methods for addressing management issues.
Through my professional experience in the ICT industry, I engaged in research and development involving machine learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning, Boltzmann machines, and Bayesian estimation, as well as the development of high-frequency trading, risk management, and economic forecasting models using economic and financial data. I have particularly focused on state-space models, VAR, ARCH/GARCH, spatial analysis using GIS, big data analytics, and the visualization of high-dimensional data.
In independent study, I have furthered my knowledge in linear algebra, calculus, probability theory, mathematical statistics, and optimization theory, along with algorithms, computer science, natural language processing, and VR/AR technologies. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong interest in an integrated approach that abstracts information from data mathematically in order to understand, predict, and optimize underlying phenomena.
